Ian is an HR & Talent Acquisition executive who specializes in recruiting and talent development in the music and entertainment industries. He has led recruiting programs at companies including Republic Records, Def Jam, Island Records, Interscope, Universal Music Publishing Group (UMPG), William Morris Endeavor (WME), Amazon and more. As a Partner and Head of Music Careers at The Digilogue, a music and tech industry community organization, Ian launched the platform’s recruiting and career services agency where his team partners with music companies to connect hiring managers with community members as well as developing education content and programming to up-skill jobseekers in order to prepare them for careers in the music industry.
