Isaiah is the founder and executive director of MusicBreeds. He founded the organization to give back to his community and inspire young musicians. He serves multiple volunteer roles within the organization including providing strategic direction and leading fundraising efforts and programming efforts. Additionally, Isaiah currently serves as Chairman of the Board.

Isaiah is also a singer/songwriter, recording artist, and philanthropist. He is currently a detective at the New York City Police Department where he has worked for the past 14 years. Isaiah received his bachelor’s degree in Economics at Northeastern University and later earned his master’s degree in Business Management. Isaiah is currently working toward a master’s degree in Political Science.
